At Mariposa Bella Bath & Body, each product is handcrafted with care in small batches. Because of the nature of our handmade products, we ask customers to review our refund and return policy before placing an order.
Returns
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on bath and body products once they have been shipped.
However, customer satisfaction is important to us. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
