All Mariposa Bella Bath & Body products are handcrafted in small batches. Please allow 2–4 business days for order processing before your items are shipped. During holidays, sales events, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Lost or Damaged Packages
Mariposa Bella Bath & Body is not responsible for packages lost or delayed by the shipping carrier. However, if your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged items and packaging so we can assist you.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to correct it before your order ships.
Local Pickup
Local customers in the La Habra Heights / surrounding area may have the option to arrange local pickup. Please contact us after placing your order to schedule a pickup time.
